My Story
The Start
Hello, I am Brooke Cydni! I am a photographer based in Sunderland. I have always loved taking photos and keeping countless photo albums to hold memories forever. A photograph is so special to me and the work of a camera is fascinating. In 2024, I picked up my first professional camera, primarily shooting local music gigs around Newcastle and Sunderland. My journey in wedding photography began in early 2025 after work in portrait and event photography.
Why Weddings?
I love to capture wedding days, from the Bride and Groom's prep in the morning, all the way to everybody on the dance floor at night. I have memories from being in Primary School watching 'Say Yes To The Dress' and falling in love with the idea of a wedding and crafting a special day. My business allows me to help couples remember the details of their big day, even things they didn't get to see themselves! Getting to surround myself in the love celebrated is truly magical.
